Consultation Call Terms and Conditions:

 

Service Description: The consultation call with Coach Jim, provided by JConnolly Basketball LLC, is a 30 or 60 minute session designed to offer guidance and advice on the specific topic or area of interest related to basketball coaching and training or recruiting.

 

Booking and Payment: To book a consultation call, the purchaser must select a convenient time slot from the available options provided. Payment for the consultation call must be made in advance through the designated payment method to JConnolly Basketball LLC. It is the purchasers responsibility to review the booking policy prior to purchase. 

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling: If the purchaser wishes to cancel or reschedule the consultation call, they must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled start time. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of the consultation call fee.It is the purchasers responsibility to review the booking policy prior to purchase.

Lateness Policy: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to join the consultation call promptly at the scheduled time. Coach Jim, representing JConnolly Basketball LLC, will only be available for the agreed-upon 30-minute duration of the call, regardless of whether the purchaser is late. No additional time will be added if the purchaser joins the call late.

 

Content and Confidentiality: The content of the consultation call is intended solely for informational purposes and should not be considered as professional advice. Coach Jim, representing JConnolly Basketball LLC, will provide insights, recommendations, and expertise based on their experience and knowledge. However, the purchaser acknowledges that any decisions or actions taken as a result of the consultation call are solely their own responsibility.

Results: The content of any consultation call provided by JConnolly Basketball LLC and its constituents is intended solely for informational purposes. JConnolly Basketball LLC and its constituents make no guarantees or warranties regarding the results that may be achieved through the information provided during the consultation call. This includes, but is not limited to, attaining college scholarships, securing a roster spot on any basketball team, or achieving specific outcomes. The information provided during the consultation call is based on general knowledge and experience.

Intellectual Property: All materials, documents, or resources shared during the consultation call remain the intellectual property of JConnolly Basketball LLC and are protected by copyright laws. The purchaser agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or disclose any of these materials without explicit permission from JConnolly Basketball LLC.

 

Non-Transferability: The consultation call is non-transferable. It cannot be resold, gifted, or assigned to another individual or entity without prior written consent from JConnolly Basketball LLC.

 

Limitation of Liability: JConnolly Basketball LLC and its affiliated entities shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the consultation call, including but not limited to, any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during or after the call.

 

Personal Information: The purchaser acknowledges and agrees that any personal information shared during the consultation call will be treated with strict confidentiality and will only be used for the purpose of providing the consultation services. JConnolly Basketball LLC will not share or disclose any personal information to third parties without the purchaser's consent, except as required by law.

 

Agreement: By booking and participating in the consultation call, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions provided by JConnolly Basketball LLC
